LE POSTE / LES MISSIONS

Europcar Mobility Group is recruiting an Infra DevOps Middleware integrator within the Production & Infrastructure department.
The main objectives of the position are:

- Ensure the proper integration and qualification of solutions before their acceptance and their putting into production

- Guarantee the operability, availability and performance of the infrastructures that support the Group's applications

- Deploy, equip, maintain and provide support for Linux / Middleware on-premises and Cloud environments (non-prod and prod)

Main tasks and areas of responsibility
In the project phases, in collaboration with the product teams (squads):

- Propose and manage requests for development and maintenance in operational condition (management of obsolescence in particular)

- Participate in the definition of operational needs

- Identify, propose and implement service improvements to cover the risks of service continuity and availability

- Offer its support and expertise and that of the team to other group entities (product / dev teams, operations, incident and problem teams) and more particularly to development teams (data access, data integrity, security of exchanges, confidentiality)

- Be responsible for compliance with standards, their evolution and the industrialization of solutions in his field in collaboration with architects and subcontractors

- Participate in the preparation of environments (excluding production and production) and manage their configurations

- Participate in the acceptance and performance tests of new versions of IS applications before going into production, analyze the results and propose improvements

- Contribute to the drafting of documentary deliverables and participate in their validation (architectural documents, operating documents, acceptance books, task sheets, etc.)

- Coordinate the interventions of subcontracting partners and validate their deliverables


Excluding projects (run prod and non-prod):

- Guarantee the QoS of infrastructures and the proper functioning of intelligent systems

- Monitor middleware components (for example: JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, XFB, Ldap, Kong, Jahia, Varnish, Openshift, ...), monitor their obsolescence, their fixes and their operability.

- Ensure the monitoring and development of automated provisioning tools for on-premises and cloud infrastructures, and develop the use of DevOps tools (Gitlab CI, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Sonar, etc.) in relation with the manager of the infrastructure of the cross-functional team

- Manage and maintain the integration and acceptance environments for the provision of development teams Participate in the resolution of problems and incidents as an expert (possibly participate in on-call)

- Manage the capacity and performance of its technical scope

- Ensure a technological watch in its area of ​​expertise, in order to respond effectively to technical developments

- Interns: Tech / CTO departments, product and business departments

- External: Managers, software publishers and other suppliers

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ


- At least 5 years of professional experience as an Ops (with expertise on one or more technologies)

- Significant experience of the production environment as a L3 expert


Diplomas / Level of studies:
- Bac +4 or +5, miage or engineer or equivalent

Languages:
- French and English written and oral required


Computer skills and tools used:

- Technical expertise required on Linux systems, middleware components, DevOps tools, knowledge of the Cloud (AWS / GCP) would be appreciated

- Operating systems: Linux (RHEL), VMWare

- System and Middleware: Java EE, JBoss EAP, Apache, Tomcat, Varnish, Jahia, Docker, Openshift, Kubernetes, Shell bash, Python, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Gitlab, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Dynatrace, XFB ( knowledge appreciated)
